“Guttering” in what I believe to be peripapillary central serous chorioretinopathy, also known as central serous papillopathy.
This patient presented to me as seen here with no fluid on OCT in this eye, but the fellow eye did have a small noncentral serous PED with a thickened choroid.
He had been followed sporadically since 1999 with local retina specialists, though his episodes of leakage have always resolved with observation.
