YASSSS🔥I got this lunch prep done!✅ I’m feeling all sorts of lazy today but knew If I didn’t prepare my lunches I’d for sure be setting myself back.👈As of late I’ve been getting stronger, cloths are feeling looser and seeing muscles pop up that I haven’t seen in quite sometime!👀As I give myself grace today, I’m also setting my intentions HIGH for this week!🙌
There is a wonderful quote in George Bernard Shaw’s play “Back to Methuselah” that goes:
“You see things and say ‘Why?’ But I dream things and say ‘Why not?’”
To me, that is the essence of possibility: having a vision of what might be and saying “Why not?”

It’s apparent to most I’m sure my displeasure with the “ Bodybuilding” industry . Most of you think I’ve probably even stopped prepping people . Well you’re wrong . I just won’t glamorize a world where women think it’s ok to show their organs off in “ check in pics “ and where dudes have upped their illegal drugs added in more illegal drugs and call it “progress .” It’s just not my thing , never really was but it got my name out there and business grown . Fast forward to important things like changing peoples lives through health, fitness and nutrition NOW WE ARE TALKING.
